Before joining PwC, La’Terria worked as an International Tax Associate at Crowe, where she advised multinational clients on global tax compliance, regulatory strategies, and treaty application. Starting her career in public service auditing at the North Carolina Office of the State Auditor, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from North Carolina Wesleyan University. La’Terria is passionate about financial education and professional empowerment.

Cassandra Cherry, MBA | State Farm

Cassandra Cherry is a results-driven leader with over 16 years of experience at State Farm, including more than a decade in management roles. As a Claims Team Manager, she is known for her ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies that empower teams to perform at their highest potential. Her common-sense approach to leadership helps employees understand the “why” behind the metrics—boosting both confidence and performance.
 
Cassandra holds an MBA from Lindenwood University and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University. Her expertise spans data analysis, process improvement using Six Sigma Lean principles, and building high-performing, engaged teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
