# Embracing Generative AI with a Human-Centered Approach

Generative AI, or gen AI, is transforming industries with its ability to create, learn and adapt. Yet, its unpredictable nature and societal impacts call for a human-centered approach to its development. By embracing AI’s potential as a tool to improve efficiency and make the lives of people easier, a human-centered approach ensures AI is a net positive for the future in people’s careers and lives instead of viewing it as an incoming threat.

Unlike traditional systems, generative AI relies on probability models, making it a bit more unpredictable than your typical AI platforms.
