opportunities to our students
Start Building Your Future Workforce
- Learn-on-the-job opportunities include practicums, apprenticeships, experiential or observational internships and entry-level skills-based jobs
- Before you offer work, make sure you have chosen someone who will be the primary manager of your entry-level workforce
- When you are ready, create a Work Hub account for your organization on pepelwerk
- After creating your Work Hub, connect with the pepelwerk Customer Success team to decide the best approach to create your job profiles
- pepelwerk will ensure that your practicum/internship and entry-level jobs are easy to offer and manage. All Little Elm students have a work mentor, career coach and work readiness training that will support them during their time working at your company
